2D Gel analysis of 35S-Methionine labelled proteins in S. typhimurium SL1344

The above PAGE Gel was electroblotted onto two PVDF membranes, the second PVDF membrane behind the first in order to catch any flow through.

The second membrane was exposed using a phosphor screen (MD) for 24 hours.

This membrane was then treated with EA-Wax and exposed to X-ray film for 24 hours.

This demonstrates again the significant improvement in detection efficiency with Enhanced Autoradiography over conventional systems.
